Journal of Business and Technology Management

ISSN:

Developments in the global economy have changed the traditional balance between customer and supplier. New communications and computing technology, and the establishment of reasonably open global trading regimes, mean that customers have more choices, variegated customer needs can find expression, and supply alternatives are more transparent. Business models are therefore fundamentally linked with the technological innovation, yet the business model construct is essentially separable from technology. This new ecosystem for developing business model has amplified the need for more customer-centric to capture value from providing new products, technologies and services. The objective of this journal is to bring together research contributions on the design, specification, and implementation of architectures, protocols, and algorithms for current and future organizational strategy and business models.

    Abstract

With the development of the fourth industrial revolution, people's material enjoyment has been continuously improved. The fruits of the industrial revolution have been enjoyed in the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, and other fields, and results have been created. Only by continuously improving the level of the hotel's information system can competitiveness be enhanced. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between the hotel information system and business results, and through the empirical analysis of the user satisfaction characteristics of the hotel information system, to find the relationship between the factors to promote the long-term development of the hotel. Quoting and analyzing previous research results, selecting the impact of the hotel information system's security, convenience, usefulness, and agility on business results to do research and conduct a survey of hotel practitioners in China. The research results are as follows: safety, convenience, agility, and usefulness have a positive impact on user satisfaction.
